Job Description

Join JustFund — Award-Winning Fintech Driving Social ImpactRecent winner of Fintech Australia’s Finnies Award 2025 for “Excellence in Consumer Lending” and recognised in AFR’s Top 5 Fast Starters, JustFund is a mission-led social lender, providing flexible funding to help people access quality legal representation. We’re a passionate team of lawyers, technologists, and finance specialists on a mission to ease the financial burden of legal fees to empower people to achieve better outcomes and bridge the gap in access to justice through funding. We’ve seen firsthand how financial imbalance between parties during family law cases can force individuals to settle early or self-represent—often resulting in outcomes far below what they’re legally entitled to.We are now expanding our services into the Estate legal services market, helping executors and beneficiaries through what can also be a challenging time in their lives. JustFund is not your typical lender. Our proprietary credit assessment engine together with our in-house team of legal experts focuses on the individual: their unique situation, their legal representation and the context of their legal matter.  And in doing so, we enable people to pay for legal services they’d otherwise be unable to afford. The result? Improved access to justice, fairer settlements, and better financial security for our clients.Since launching in 2022, we’ve unlocked over $1.5 billion in entitlements, supported thousands of Australians, and formed partnerships with over 1000 leading family and estate law firms across the country. Why Join JustFund?Mission With Meaning: Join a team that’s using finance to create tangible legal and social impact.Award-Winning Traction: Be part of one of Australia’s fastest-growing fintechs, recognised for innovation and excellence.Build the Future: Help shape a transformative platform that redefines access to justice.Grow With Us: Thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment that values curiosity, collaboration, and ambition. We’ve already made a meaningful difference—but we’re only scratching the surface of what’s possible.
