Search Guide

bizApply uses AI to understand what you're looking for — just type naturally.

Type naturally

Write what you want like you would tell a friend. No special syntax needed.

AI parses your query

Our LLM extracts filters, weights them by emphasis, and builds a smart search.

Adjust with chips

Filter chips appear below the search bar. Remove any to refine your results.

Weighted Ranking

Every filter extracted from your query gets a weight from 0 to 1 based on how strongly you emphasized it. Stronger emphasis means higher weight — and higher ranking in results.

// Example: "MUST be remote senior Python dev in Berlin, at least 70k"
isRemote: 1.0 // "MUST be remote" → max weight
experienceLevel: 0.7 // mentioned clearly
skills (Python): 0.7
city (Berlin): 0.6
salaryMin (70000): 0.6
keywords: 0.5 // "dev" as general keyword

Jobs matching more filters with higher weights appear first. Remove a chip to set its weight to 0.
