It’s why, when we defined Metagenics’ Mission, Values, and Vision, we started with our company’s own DNA. United by purpose and our core values of Integrity, Authenticity, Respect, Diversity & Inclusion & Health & Happiness, the Metagenics’ team is dedicated to providing effective products and solutions.  Additionally, we are proudly BCorp Certified- a demonstrated commitment to balancing people, planet and profit by meeting the highest global standards of social and environmental performance & legal accountability.We are seeking a permanent fulltime Manufacturing Operator (Packaging) to join our Production team, to be located at our Northgate APAC Head Office & Production Facility.Reporting to the Production Coordinator, we have great opportunities for a self-starter to take responsibility for working a manufacturing work centre and upskill in other areas of our manufacturing facility.  This role will require the successful candidate to follow documented procedures, complete batch documentation, performance process checks and optimise the performance of our equipment.  Our new Production Operator will proactively contribute towards the continuous improvement of our processes, equipment, work practices and systems. This role requires an ability to work independently within our fast-paced and friendly team environment in a GMP compliant Production facility, where loyalty and high work ethic is valued and rewarded.
