Role Overview - Early Years Teacher

As an Early Years Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering a rich and engaging EYFS curriculum that supports children's development across all areas of learning. The Early Years Teacher will create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing classroom environment where children feel confident to explore and grow.

Responsibilities of the Early Years Teacher

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons as an Early Years Teacher following the EYFS framework - Support children's development across communication, physical, and social skills - Create a nurturing and inclusive environment as an Early Years Teacher - Monitor and assess progress in line with EYFS expectations - Work closely with support staff and parents

Requirements for the Early Years Teacher

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Experience working as an Early Years Teacher or within EYFS - Strong understanding of early childhood development - A caring and patient approach to teaching - Passion for supporting young learners as an Early Years Teacher
