Key Responsibilities

- Maintain a positive and focused classroom environment - Deliver and supervise pre-set work provided by teaching staff - Manage classroom behaviour effectively and confidently - Act as a positive role model for students - Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are upheld at all times About You

A recent graduate with an interest in education or teaching Experience working with children or young people (desirable) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Calm, adaptable, and confident in managing classroom behaviour
