The Product Unit Arexis is a part of the Business Unit Fighter Core Capabilities within Surveillance. The Product Unit is responsible for profitability, strategies, budgets and long- and short term goals for the portfolio within the Arexis Product family. The product unit consists of contract- project- and product management as well as System design, Software development, Integration and Verification. Your role As Manager for Strategy & Business Support within Product Unit Arexis, you will play a key role in shaping our future. You will work in close cooperation with customers and users, leading strategic initiatives from concept to execution - ensuring our offerings meet both current and future market needs. You will lead a team working with our business strategy and be part of the PU Arexis management team, contributing to overall direction and growth. As part of the role you will also be responsible for the Sales & Operation Planning as well as the Strategic Workforce Planning within the PU. You will also be responsible for business support and bid execution, ensuring high-quality, competitive offers that translate into successful contracts. Your main responsibilities include: Lead and develop the Strategy & Business Support team Define and drive the business strategy Breakdown of the strategy into a PU strategy plan Drive the Financial Business Plan for the PU Drive business support activities, including bids and cost calculations Responsible for Sales & Operations Planning Responsible for Strategic Workforce Planning Budget and cost responsibility Ensure effective processes, governance, and follow-up Contribute to a culture of transparency, engagement, and continuous learning Your profile You are a motivated leader with a strong technical foundation and business mindset.
