Commercial Property Manager (2 Positions Available: Experienced + Entry-Level) Brisbane | Milton Office + Car Park

FAL Property Group is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to take ownership of a high‑quality portfolio across retail, office and industrial assets. This role suits a confident operator who enjoys building strong landlord relationships, leading meetings, and delivering proactive, high‑standard asset management.

A secondary entry‑level Property Manager position is also available for candidates with limited experience who are eager to learn and grow within our team.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing (Experienced PM)

- Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial assets, including shopping centres, office buildings and industrial properties. - Acting as the trusted advisor to landlords—providing clear recommendations on leasing, maintenance, capex planning, compliance and tenant strategy. - Leading meetings with owners, investors and committees with confidence and professionalism. - Overseeing repairs, maintenance, contractor engagement and service delivery. - Managing lease administration, renewals, rent reviews, outgoings, budgets and financial reporting. - Building strong relationships with tenants and resolving issues proactively. - Supporting onboarding of new assets and ensuring smooth operational transitions. ⭐ What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 5 years' experience as a commercial property manager. - Strong communication skills—clear, confident and professional with owners and tenants. - Solid understanding of commercial property operations, leasing fundamentals and building maintenance. - Ability to lead meetings, present recommendations and influence decision‑making. - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. - Experience managing a commercial property portfolio (retail, office or industrial). - A valid driver’s licence. - QLD Real Estate Salesperson Certificate. 🌱 Entry‑Level Property Manager Opportunity We also have a junior role available for candidates with limited experience who want to build a career in commercial property.
