The role ensures facilities and infrastructure remain safe, functional, and sustainable while enhancing the visitor experience. In this role, you will:• Coordinate infrastructure inspections, condition assessments, and asset inventories to support asset management planning. • Develop and improve preventative maintenance programs for facilities, utilities, equipment, and other park assets. • Support lifecycle planning and Capital Maintenance and Renewal initiatives through data analysis and project planning. • Provide technical advice and guidance to staff, contractors, and stakeholders on maintenance and asset management practices. • Manage and coordinate maintenance and rehabilitation projects, including procurement, contract administration, and project delivery. • Ensure infrastructure records, maintenance documentation, and operating procedures are accurate and up to date. Additional Requirements:• Valid Class 5 driver’s license or equivalent.Assets: Previous experience in the following areas:• contract development and management related to construction or facility management.• budget management and financial administration experience.• project management.Strong leadership skills and the ability to work with diverse staff and contractors.Minimum recruitment standards outline the minimum education and experience required for appointment to a job classification.
