Pro-Found Recruitment are looking to recruit an Administrator for our client based in Killamarsh.Sales Administrator Benefits:Location: Sheffield S21Hours/Days: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday - full time office basedSalary: £27,500Contract: PermanentSales Administrator Duties:Working as an effective Administrator handling customer sales/service calls by phone and online portalsCreating quotes and processing orders using Microsoft Dynamics NAVProvide support to external Sales ManagersRaising purchase ordersCalling sites to inform them of the delivery dates & informing customers of delaysGeneral office adminRaising VAT invoices for customers and invoicing orders for paymentSales Administrator Criteria:Previous experience as an Administrator is essentialGood working knowledge of all Microsoft packagesPrevious use of Sage or similar accounting software in an Administrator role would be advantageousExperience of dealing with customers and customer queriesStrong written and oral communication skillsMaintain a professional approach and have excellent customer service skillsGDPR knowledge and experienceAbility to prioritise and manage own workloadUse initiative as an AdministratorA good team playerPro-Found Recruitment are an employment business and equal opportunities employer.
