Vehicle Damage Assessor kolt recruitment are looking for a VDA for an accident repair centre in Southall This is a great opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join a busy and well-established accident repair centre. You will play a key role in assessing vehicle damage, producing accurate repair estimates, and liaising with insurers and customers to ensure a smooth repair process. Key responsibilities:

- Inspect damaged vehicles and assess repair requirements - Prepare accurate and detailed repair estimates using industry systems - Liaise with insurance companies, engineers, and customers - Ensure all work is completed in line with manufacturer and insurer standards - Monitor repair progress and update stakeholders accordingly - Maintain high levels of customer service throughout the process Requirements:

- Previous experience as a VDA / Estimator within an accident repair centre - Strong knowledge of vehicle repair methods and industry standards - Experience using estimating systems such as Audatex or similar - Excellent communication and organisational skills - ATA qualification (preferred but not essential)
