The Role: HGV Class 2 Driver This is a 3 month placement, with the potential to become permanent. ResponsibilitiesDrive and operate an HGV Class 2 vehicle with vacuum hose and high-pressure water jetting equipment.Working closely with a skilled operative, you will assist in the operation of machinery for the clearance and maintenance of roadside drains to prevent blockages and reduce the risk of flooding. Shift PatternsDay Shift – 06:00-16:30Night Shift – 17:00 – 03:30 Pay RatesDays – £14 - £14.50 per hour (PAYE)Nights – £17.50 - £18.13 per hour (PAYE) Requirements  HGV Class 2 Licence with valid CPC.Previous experience in highways or drainage work is beneficial.Willing to undertake the physical aspect of the work.
