You will be part of IKEA Supply and the Supply Chain Development (SCD) organization. IKEA Supply is responsible for securing that the product offer is produced and delivered to our customers. We lead the supply agenda across many functions and work together with all business areas, different business units, but also retail markets to secure customer availability in all markets and sales channels at lowest total cost. Job Description Are you passionate about agile ways of working and empowering teams to deliver real value? As an Agile Delivery Lead (Scrum Master), you’ll coach and guide 2–3 product and platform teams in navigating complex challenges and finding simple, effective solutions. You’ll foster collaboration, drive continuous improvement, and help teams become high-performing units that deliver customer and business value. What You’ll Do Lead and coach agile teams in adopting lean and agile principles Facilitate key Scrum events and ensure alignment around shared business objectives Identify and remove blockers, enabling teams to deliver efficiently and with high quality Provide transparency on team performance and adapt to change quickly Guide team members in understanding their roles and contributions Support leaders and stakeholders in embracing agile ways of working Champion IKEA’s values and culture in everything you do Qualifications We’re doing amazing things in IKEA Supply Chain—and we need amazing people to match. You’ll succeed in this role if you bring: A passion for agile practices and team empowerment Demonstrated experience working with agile teams and frameworks Educational background in IT, Engineering, or Business Process management Strong knowledge of IT/software development and digital product delivery Experience in logistics process automation Experience in servant leadership and group dynamics Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Courage to experiment, learn from mistakes, and grow Experience and knowledge in IKEA supply chain development and/or operations would be considered a strong foundation for success in this role.
