You will be part of IKEA Supply and the Supply Chain Development (SCD) organization. IKEA Supply is responsible for securing that the product offer is produced and delivered to our customers. Job Description Are you passionate about agile ways of working and empowering teams to deliver real value? As an Agile Delivery Lead (Scrum Master), you’ll coach and guide 2–3 product and platform teams in navigating complex challenges and finding simple, effective solutions. You’ll foster collaboration, drive continuous improvement, and help teams become high-performing units that deliver customer and business value. What You’ll Do Lead and coach agile teams in adopting lean and agile principles Facilitate key Scrum events and ensure alignment around shared business objectives Identify and remove blockers, enabling teams to deliver efficiently and with high quality Provide transparency on team performance and adapt to change quickly Guide team members in understanding their roles and contributions Support leaders and stakeholders in embracing agile ways of working Champion IKEA’s values and culture in everything you do

Experience and knowledge in IKEA supply chain development and/or operations would be considered a strong foundation for success in this role.
