Assignment Description We are currently looking for a Process Engineer / Validation Engineer What You Will Work On Develop test protocols and validation documentation for production processes Plan, coordinate, and execute validation and qualification activities Support commissioning and readiness of new production lines Perform process and equipment qualification activities Execute testing and verification in production and cleanroom environments Collaborate closely with operators, production teams, and technical stakeholders Develop and improve validation strategies and execution methods Support transition from project phases into commercial operation Contribute to process optimization and operational stability Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements Participate in troubleshooting and continuous process improvements Support documentation and knowledge transfer activities

What You Bring Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field Experience as a Process Engineer and/or Validation Engineer within life sciences or production environments Experience working in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing Experience operating in cleanroom and aseptic production environments Hands-on experience with qualification and validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) Strong ability to develop and write test and validation protocols Understanding of process equipment and production systems Experience working with control systems, tanks, freeze-drying processes, and oil-based processes Experience from industrial production lines and operational environments Knowledge of equipment and process qualification Understanding of project lifecycle phases including construction, qualification, and commercial operation Experience collaborating across technical and operational teams Structured and quality-focused approach to execution and documentation
