Job Description:
Timely and accurate creation and maintenance of client static data to support the Front Office in client on-boarding
Review of client application documents for accurate processing of account opening for clients in the bank’s system
Liaison with Compliance and Middle Office on client on-boarding related matters
Request for opening and closure of safekeeping accounts and CDP accounts with the custodian
Request for maintenance of client static data in BWCIF via Operations Support-ODIS
Request for upload of client specimen signature in SVS via Operations Support-ODIS
Play a key role in the client data maintenance during account closing process
Daily review of maintenance reports for client static updates and changes
Timely and accurate creation and maintenance of asset static to support CDU and the Product teams
Ensure timely and accurate creation and maintenance of asset static to support CDU and the Product teams
Perform mark-to-market pricing of securities to ensure fair value of assets and portfolio value
Liaison with issuers and counterparties for term sheets and pricing for structured notes/investments
Daily review of missing/stale price and price variance on assets
Client document management and archival via ECM application

Requirements:
Diploma/university degree in Banking & Finance, Business or Accountancy with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in the wealth management industry.
Prior static data maintenance experience an advantage.
Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Familiar with on-boarding documentation in wealth management
Good knowledge of various investment products in wealth management
Detail-oriented and well organized
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Meticulous
Possess a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
