Operating as part of a mid-sized team, the company offers a professional and supportive work environment.Job DescriptionFinancial and Regulatory AccountantCity of LondonPrepare accurate financial statements and reports (IFRS / GAAP).Regulatory returns (high-level - template driven so can be learnt).Assist with the preparation of statutory accounts and external audits.Monitor and analyse financial data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and data integrity.Keep updated on changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements.Support the Accounting & Finance department with ad hoc projects and reporting requirements.Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial processes and controls.Assisting with FPnA as well so great opportunity to build into budgets/forecasts/PnL and modelling - Power Bi visualization.
