A widely respected construction consultancy are looking to grow their Quantity Surveying division is now looking for a new Quantity Surveyor, to join their team of 17 QSs and 75 total employees.They are award-winning and produce highly respected Chartered Quantity Surveyors.   The Quantity Surveyor's Role   With great support for the key Directors, the new Quantity Surveyor will immediately work on High End Residential and Student Accommodation sectors.Both pre & post contract duties will be part of your day to day duties.With their office located in Mayfair, you will be included in their monthly social outings into some of the most established bars and restaurants. WFH takes place 2 times a week.   The Quantity Surveyor Completed a BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying degree Must be a PQS / Consultancy background Quantity Surveying background with EA/PM knowledge/experience preferred Able to lead on client meetings and take full project life cycle Pre and post contract knowledge Understanding within the £10M - £30M contract values In Return? £55,000 - £65,000 Work from home / flexible conditions 27 days annual leave + bank holidays 6% Pension contribution Part of the growth plan Rapid career progression If you are a Quantity Surveyor considering your career opportunities, please contact Luke Carroll at Damicor.   Ref: (phone number removed)   Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager / Cost Consultant / Quantity Surveying / Employers Agent / Project Manager / Project Quantity Surveyor
