Gas Engineer – Service & Breakdown (Temp to Perm) Waltham Forest Monday – Friday | 42.5 hours per week | No Call-Out

We currently have a vacancy with one of our leading Housing Association clients for an exiting temp-to-perm opportunity. This is a fantastic chance to secure long-term, stable work within the social housing sector without the pressure of call-out duties.

THE ROLE: As a Service & Breakdown Engineer you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance across domestic social housing properties. Your day to day will include:

- Carrying out repairs, servicing and fault finding on domestic gas boilers and appliances - Completing 6-8 jobs per day on average - Working efficiently using a PDA system - Ensuring all work meets safety and compliance standards Area: Waltham Forest Monday - Friday 42.5 hours per week Social Housing properties 6-8 jobs per day on average Work via a PDA No call-out rota 

What we're looking for: Minimum 5 years’ experience in heating/gas engineering At least 3 years’ experience within social housing Up-to-date gas qualifications (essential) Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Checkable references Full availability Monday to Friday
