Job Description Porsche Singapore is seeking a strategic and dynamic Head of Marketing (HoM) to lead the Marketing function and drive the brand's positioning and commercial performance in Singapore. This role oversees marketing and communications, events and campaigns, Porsche Lifestyle Retail, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), the in-house Customer Interaction Centre, and PR efforts across Porsche's new and pre-owned cars, Porsche Lifestyle, and Aftersales. Responsibilities Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy and event calendar to support business objectives, strengthen Porsche's brand equity, and drive customer engagement across all Porsche business lines in Singapore Lead the planning and execution of integrated 360-degree marketing campaigns, events, digital initiatives, and prospecting activities for new cars, pre-owned cars, Aftersales, and Porsche Lifestyle to drive awareness, engagement, footfall, leads, and conversions Manage and optimise the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources, strong return on investment (ROI), and alignment with business priorities Oversee media strategy and campaign performance across all channels, working closely with external agencies to ensure effective targeting, efficient media spend, and measurable impact Requirements Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Minimum 10 years of relevant marketing experience, with proven leadership experience managing teams and external agencies Experience in the automotive, luxury, or premium consumer brand industry will be an advantage
