Working directly with the owner, you’ll be part of a small, agile team where your contribution truly makes an impact.The RoleAs our Part-Time Operations & E-commerce Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly — from order fulfillment to supporting our online presence.What You’ll Be DoingOrder Fulfillment & OperationsPick, pack and dispatch customer ordersReceive incoming stock and manage inventoryCoordinate with suppliers and assist with logisticsE-commerce & Order ManagementProcess and manage orders via Shopify (or similar platforms)Ensure order accuracy and resolve any issues efficientlyMaintain and update product information onlineDigital & Marketing SupportAssist with managing listings on platforms like eBay, Amazon and websiteSupport social media (Facebook, Instagram) and basic digital campaignsHelp improve online presence and customer experienceWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious experience in a similar role (operations, admin or e-commerce)Strong attention to detail and organisational skillsConfident using computers, including Excel and online platformsProactive, self-motivated and solution-orientedComfortable with hands-on tasks in a warehouse/office environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsBonus Points If You HaveExperience with Shopify or other e-commerce platformsBasic knowledge of digital marketing (ads, social media, content)Experience working in a small business environmentWhy Join Us?Work directly with the business owner and have real impactFlexible part-time schedule (2–3 days per week)On-site parking available (Artarmon location)Opportunity to grow with the business over timeDetailsLocation: Artarmon, SydneyType: Part-time (2–3 days/week)Salary: $35–$45 per hour (based on experience)Ready to Apply?We’d love to hear from you.
