WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY Leading and inspiring a team of Shop Design Specialists to create engaging store experiences Planning and designing store activities, seasonal launches and events Bringing collections and commercial priorities to life in a way that drives visitation and sales Collaborating with marketing, communication and retail teams across IKEA Developing tools and ways of working that help markets deliver with speed and consistency
