About the Role
Working as part of our Local Customer Service / Account Coordination team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Be the face of Tradezone to our Customers – First impressions last and we pride ourselves on providing a seamless Customer Service experience from Order, Pick & Receive lifecycle
  • Know our business - Take accountability for each call, ensuring that as the first point of contact, you have enough information to provide a solution or have the ability to walk the customer through next steps
  • Showcase your interpersonal skills through people first service– from providing IT support to walk our customers through the online ordering process to identifying upsells through aftercare – seamless service will ensure your success
