R&D is looking for a Hardware Quality Project Leader to drive and coordinate product quality improvement activities for current production powertrains. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with engineering, quality, manufacturing, finance and customers to ensure timely handling of field quality issues, running changes and quality-related improvement initiatives. You will be a key contributor in driving quality performance, securing robust solutions and supporting the organization in delivering competitive and reliable products. Depending on workload and business priorities, there is also an opportunity to support other development projects and strategic initiatives within R&D. Skills and Experience · Engineering degree or equivalent experience within product development · Experience in project management, financial handling, quality, running changes, verification, development or related engineering activities · Strong collaboration, communication and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments · Customer-oriented mindset · Structured and proactive mindset with the ability to drive issues to closure · Experience in powertrain development and tier-1 business is considered beneficial Your role at Aurobay

As Hardware Quality Project Leader you will: · Lead and coordinate quality-related activities from issue identification through implementation and verification of corrective actions · Drive cross-functional investigations, task forces and improvement initiatives related to field quality and current production products · Act as a key interface towards customers, internal stakeholders and quality forums regarding quality-related matters · Support budgeting, follow-up and prioritization of quality activities and running changes · Contribute to continuous improvement of ways of working, processes and quality performance, while also supporting other R&D projects and initiatives when business needs allow Equal opportunities employer We are an equal opportunities employer.
