You will:Supervise care teams to support people staying independent in their own homesEnsure personal care is delivered with dignity and respectPromote companionship and reassurance through team guidanceOversee assistance with medication, mobility, and mealtimesLead and mentor a trusted, close-knit, local teamQualificationsWhat we are looking for?Experience in care? Brilliant. New to supervision but already have solid care experience? That’s great too.
