CONTRACT: Permanent

HOURS: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm (part-time across 5 days is also an option)

START: ASAP

SALARY: £27,000- £32,000pa

LOCATION: Romsey

Could this be your next career move?

Coordinate consultant appointments and manage related correspondence
Support the preparation, issue, and tracking of key project documentation
Maintain accurate records, trackers, and logs to support planning and compliance
Manage document uploads, version control, and information sharing with stakeholders
Assist with submission collation and project handovers at key stages
Provide general administrative support to the Land and Planning team
Help ensure deadlines are met and processes are followed across multiple projects

Is this you?

Previous experience in an administrative or support role, ideally in a related industry
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
High attention to detail and accuracy
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and OneNote
