Our high growth, listed construction client is on the lookout for a Group Financial Controller to join the business. This is a newly created role due to a positive restructure adding headcount. Our client have managed to maintain double digit growth over the last few years which is a great result in this current market.Western Sydney location with WFH. Parking provided. Great organisational culture and collaborative working environment.They are now seeking a Financial Controller to manage their financial control framework, audit delivery, compliance, treasury, as well as M&A support.You will manage a small but high performing team and oversee all financial reporting and compliance requirements with a strategic view, shared services and GL accounting - with a team beneath you running the day to day processes.Additionally you'll play a pivotal role in a number of projects, with a particular focus around system implementations, and process improvement as part of finance transformation.About you Circa 3+ years experience across senior leadership positions - either as a Financial Controller or GM Finance (or equivalent) from a business at least $300mill revenue with multiple entities  CA/CPA essential  Chartered training desired - audit or business advisory Experience in a business with stock/inventory (desired but non essential) A natural communicator, someone who can influence and create change in the workplace Deep understanding of Australian accounting standards along with strong financial management expertise For more information, please email Schenuk Wijesekera.
