Area Cleaning Supervisor / Area Manager📍 Location: Stoke-on-Trent to Cannock (covering a portfolio of sites across the region) 🕒 Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) 💰 Salary: £29,000 - £32,000 per annumAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Cleaning Supervisor / Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of sites across the Stoke-on-Trent region.This is a field-based role where you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of cleaning service delivery, managing teams, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will have the flexibility to plan your own schedule, with a requirement to be on-site during key operational hours (typically between 3:00pm - 6:00pm).Key ResponsibilitiesOperationsEnsure all sites meet and maintain agreed client and company standardsManage and support supervisors and cleaning operatives across multiple locationsConduct regular site visits, inspections, and quality auditsMonitor performance and implement improvements where requiredEnsure all services are delivered safely, efficiently, and within budgetMaintain accurate site documentation and compliance recordsCustomer ServiceBuild and maintain strong relationships with clientsRespond promptly and effectively to customer queries and issuesTake ownership of problems and ensure timely resolutionRepresent the company professionally at all timesCommercialManage budgets across your portfolio of sitesControl labour and supply costs in line with agreed budgetsAuthorise and organise stock and equipment for sitesObtain client approval for additional works where requiredWhat We're Looking ForExperience in a similar area supervisor or cleaning management roleStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent organisational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple sites and priorities effectivelyGood understanding of health & safety regulationsStrong communication and client-facing skillsFull clean UK driving licence (essential)Enhanced DBS check (including Child Barred List) requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive salary of £29,000 - £32,000Autonomy to manage your own scheduleOpportunity to oversee a growing portfolioPlease respond with your up to date CV to apply!
