Role Purpose: Talent Grid Africa, on behalf of its client in the manufacturing industry, is recruiting a Marketing Representatives. The Marketing Representatives will execute marketing initiatives, support campaign development, and contribute to lead generation efforts. This role is ideal for a creative professional who can implement marketing plans and help achieve departmental objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, content marketing)

- Assist with traditional marketing activities (print, events, promotions)

- Gather and analyze customer data and market trends

- Support competitive analysis and market intelligence efforts

- Monitor campaign metrics and prepare regular reports

- Assist with lead generation and nurturing activities

Qualifications & Experience

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing automation tools

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

- Basic analytical skills for interpreting marketing data
