The rest of your week can be worked from home or from the office.Wellness firstMonthly health and wellness allowance, plus laptop, work phone, and home workstation setup.The cultureJoin a supportive, purpose-driven team that believes in Making Lives Better® and finding better ways of doing things.The balanceA permanent part-time role of 30 hours per week, typically 9:00am–3:00pm, Monday to Friday, designed to support genuine work-life balance.💗About the roleYou will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day scheduling and service delivery across our in-home care operations.Your responsibilities will include:Managing daily rosters and responding to schedule changesFilling vacant visits and coordinating replacementsMatching caregivers to clients based on skills, availability, location, and support requirementsCommunicating with team members regarding roster changes, issues, and coverage needsMonitoring service delivery risks and escalating issues earlyMaintaining accurate client, employee, and visit information in our systemsUsing rostering and care management systems confidently to manage scheduling workflows, staff availability, client requirements, visit updates, and service delivery accuracySupporting a smooth, responsive, and reliable experience for clients and caregiversIdentifying recurring roster pressure points and contributing to improved workflow and planning💗About youYou thrive in fast-paced coordination environments, stay calm under pressure, and can balance urgency with good judgment.
