Position Overview As a Commercial Project Manager with focus on South Korea, you will play a key role in supporting upcoming EMAS programs in South Korea by ensuring smooth coordination across complex project interfaces. Acting as a bilingual project resource, you will work at the intersection of Runway Safe’s internal teams, consortium engineering firms, construction partners, airport stakeholders, and local interfaces, helping projects and pursuits move forward in a structured, professional and collaborative way. The role is highly coordination-focused and relationship-driven. You will support both technical and commercial discussions, contribute to project planning and documentation, and help ensure issues are followed up and resolved in a timely manner. While the role has no direct reports, you will be expected to track assigned project budgets, schedules and action lists, and contribute to KPIs related to coordination quality, on-time delivery, issue closure and stakeholder satisfaction across the South Korea programs. As part of the team, you will: Coordinate bilingually with consortium partners, customers and internal teams. Support project planning, meeting preparation, documentation and structured follow‑up. Track issues, action lists, schedules and assigned project budgets. Act as a commercial project interface supporting both pursuits and delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders and partners. Your profile We are looking for a structured and relationship‑oriented project professional who thrives in cross‑cultural environments and enjoys working close to both technical and commercial interfaces. You are comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders, following up on details and keeping momentum in complex project settings. We are looking for you who have: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction, Aviation or another relevant technical or commercial field. 5+ years of experience in project coordination, project management or customer‑facing roles within construction, infrastructure, aviation or industrial projects. Strong skills in project coordination, technical documentation, schedule follow‑up and stakeholder management. Fluency in both English and Korean. The ability to travel between Sweden and South Korea and work effectively across time zones and cultures. It is considered a plus if you have: An engineering background (civil, structural, mechanical or industrial). Experience from South Korean airport projects, consortium environments or international infrastructure programs. Knowledge of airport construction, EMAS or airfield projects. Familiarity with South Korean business culture and consultant‑contractor coordination. Project management training, CAD or technical documentation experience from public infrastructure procurement.
