Your primary focus will be on running your area efficiently, setting up machinery, and maintaining the quality of our products. This is a hands-on, physical position that requires lifting up to 25kg ingredients throughout the day with frequent use of stairs.Key Responsibilities:Operate our mixing tanks/ kettlesBatch and weigh our delicious ingredients according to recipe documentsPerform quality checks and maintain accurate production documentationEnsure the workplace and machines are tidy and set up correctly for product changesMaintain equipment and address maintenance needs as requiredRecord machine breakdowns and communicate effectively with the teamPrioritise safe work practices and product safety at all timesPerform routine activities, such as lubricating, tightening, and cleaning machines We're looking for someone with:Proven knowledge and experience as a Batching OperatorPrevious experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG facility is preferredFlexibility and multi-skillingGood problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues during productionAbility to handle physical tasks including lifting up to 25kgOrganisational and numerical skillsMechanical aptitudeA great attention to detailA forklift license is highly advantageous but not required Benefits of working with usHave an RDO every second Friday!Overtime available!Opportunities for career progression and professional growthMonthly site events and celebrations (e.g., Mental Health Awareness Month, International Women's Day, Movember)Regular site gatheringsFree parking on factory premises Ready to make an Impact?If you are a motivated and experienced Batching & Process Operator looking for a new challenge, we want to hear from you!
