About the role As a Learning Process & Capability Leader, you play a key role in shaping how learning works across IKEA. You will design and improve end-to-end processes, ensuring clarity, consistency and flow in how learning is created, delivered and followed up. You will work across functions and organisations, connecting people, ways of working and governance to create a scalable and sustainable learning operating model. This role is about improving how we work, not only what we deliver. Things you can expect to do in this role, but not limited to: Design and continuously improve the end-to-end learning process across the IKEA value chain Define clear ways of working, roles and governance for how learning operates Drive process efficiency by improving flow, speed and productivity Set and follow up on KPIs to ensure transparency and quality in the process Align stakeholders across Learning, P&C and business functions Translate business needs into scalable and practical process design Support adoption of common ways of working across the organisation Collaborate with design, product and data teams to enable end-to-end solutions Safeguard standards and reduce duplication across the system Contribute to long-term capability development and continuous improvement About you You are motivated by bringing structure and clarity into complex environments. You enjoy working across teams and building alignment, even without formal authority. You combine a strategic mindset with a practical approach and turn ideas into simple ways of working. You care about people, learning and continuous improvement, and you are energised by creating solutions that work at scale. You have a good understanding of the IKEA operating model and knowledge about process and capability. You are curious and motived to drive complexity into simplicity. Additional information This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) located in Delft, the NL or Älmhult, Sweden. Please apply by submitting your CV.
