Interim Asbestos Manager - Social Housing (3-6 Months) Immediate Start | Competitive Day RateWe're supporting a leading social housing provider seeking an experienced Interim Asbestos Manager to take the lead on asbestos compliance across a diverse housing portfolio. This role is perfect for someone who can hit the ground running, steady the ship, and drive high‑quality compliance standards.What you'll do:Oversee asbestos compliance strategy, management plans and supplier performanceEnsure full adherence to CAR 2012, HSG 264 and sector best practiceLead internal teams and external consultants to deliver safe, timely surveys, removals and reinspectionsStrengthen policies, processes and data accuracy within asbestos registers and compliance systemsProvide expert advice to senior leaders and support risk assessments, audits and improvement programmesWhat you'll bring:Strong background managing asbestos compliance within housing, local authority or similar environmentsP405 (or equivalent) strongly preferredConfident leader who can quickly build relationships and provide clear directionAbility to stabilise and uplift compliance performance in a fast‑moving operational environmentIf you're an immediately available asbestos specialist ready to make an impact, we'd love to hear from you.
