Join us in building the software platform for the next generation of commercial vehicles At Coretura, we are building a next-generation Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) platform designed specifically for commercial vehicles. Our mission is to enable vehicle manufacturers and fleet operators to unlock new capabilities through software — improving performance, safety, efficiency, and lifecycle value. Our platform combines operating system technology, cloud connectivity, and vehicle integration to form a complete Software Defined Vehicle Platform (SDVP) for the commercial vehicle ecosystem. To support our growth, we are now looking for a Capability Owner to lead the development of one of the key capabilities in our platform. About the role As a Capability Owner, you are responsible for defining, evolving, and driving a specific technical capability within the Coretura platform, such as SWDL, In-vehicle communication or Logging. You will lead the capability from concept through development and integration, ensuring it evolves in line with Coretura’s product strategy and customer needs. You will work closely with engineers, lab leads, customers, and partners to ensure the capability delivers real value and integrates smoothly into the broader platform architecture. This role combines technical leadership, coordination, and product thinking, making it ideal for someone who enjoys shaping complex systems while working across teams and stakeholders. What are some of the things you will do Take end-to-end ownership of a defined capability within the Coretura SDVP. Define its scope, roadmap, and priorities in alignment with platform strategy. Work closely with Lab Leads and other Capability Owners to ensure alignment across technical domains. Contribute to architectural discussions and system design. Create alignment with engineers and contributors around shared goals and outcomes within the specific capability. Establish effective collaboration practices such as stand-ups, planning sessions, and technical synchronization. Act as the primary technical interface for customers and suppliers related to the capability. Ensure requirements are understood and reflected in development priorities. Who you are You combine strong technical understanding with the ability to coordinate people and systems. You are comfortable navigating complexity and aligning stakeholders around a shared direction. We believe you bring: Experience working with complex software systems or platforms Strong system design and architectural understanding Ability to lead through influence and collaborate across teams Experience coordinating development activities and setting priorities Understanding of system integration and dependencies Familiarity with deployment and delivery processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience interacting with customers, partners, or suppliers Experience within automotive, embedded systems, distributed platforms, or SDV architectures is a strong advantage.
