Senior Property Manager This has to be one of the best paid Senior Property Managers positions available in Essex. Basic salary £35,000 to £37,000.  Working from 9.00am (you will be expected to arrive in the office by 8.45am) to 6.00pm Monday to Friday.   You would be expected to be able to manage 200 properties efficiently and manage a full time Property Manager and a part time Assistant. You should be working within Residential Property Management. Primarily, the successful individual will be dealing with all maintenance based issues on a particular portfolio of fully managed properties. Co-ordinating contractor diaries and ensuring reported maintenance issues are attended to and remedied in a timely fashion. Obtain maintenance quotes where necessary. Authorise invoices and utility bills. Deal with all landlord and tenant correspondence. Send out check out reports and negotiate deposit returns. Deal with initial complaints at early stages, where appropriate and able. Referral of sales leads.
