Together with TRATON and our sister brands MAN, Volkswagen Truck & Bus, and International, we are working to shape the future of mobility with innovative and environmentally conscious solutions. Our values – customer first, respect, team spirit, responsibility, and elimination of waste – are at the heart of everything we do. Together, we are at the forefront of creating a sustainable future. Role Summary Do you want to help shape the future of Identity and Access Management (IAM) in a complex, large-scale environment? We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect who can drive alignment across a system-of-systems landscape and guide teams towards shared, scalable, and secure solutions. At Scania, IAM is a dedicated strategic capability with its own long-term vision and ownership. This gives you the opportunity to influence direction, challenge existing solutions, and work with modern IAM and Zero Trust architecture at scale. You will work closely with architects, tech leads and cross-functional teams in a SAFe context, connecting strategy with execution and enabling teams to deliver effectively. If you enjoy leading through collaboration, clarity, and direction this could be the right role for you. You will collaborate and work closely with experienced colleagues across architecture, security, and platform teams with focus on long-term, sustainable architecture. This Is Us IAM governance, part of the IAM organisation at Scania IT, focuses on providing oversight, coordinating strategic direction, and developing policies to ensure that IAM aligns with business objectives, security goals and regulatory requirements across Scania and TRATON Group.
