Job Description

We are looking for passionate, technically inclined people to join our Managed Services Team based in Burwood. We support mainly Windows-based client-server networked environments.Previous IT experience and/or formal qualifications are desirable, but good "people skills" as well as willingness to learn, will be considered favourably.The primary focus of this role is to provide technical assistance to our clients, mainly by telephone and remote access, but also on-site when appropriate.Primary ResponsibilitiesService Desk call logging and case creation.Resolving 1st and 2nd Level requests for assistance.Assessment and prompt escalation of higher level cases.Skills & ExperienceExcellent communication skillsExceptional customer serviceResult orientated and able to prioritise workloadAbility to troubleshoot and think laterallyGood liaison with non-technical usersStrong understanding of Windows and Microsoft OfficeRelevant Secondary or Tertiary qualificationsMicrosoft Certification or currently undertaking Microsoft CertificationOther IT qualifications
