Position Overview:Reporting directly to the Director, this role requires a highly organized and adaptable individual who excels at multitasking while managing both staff and client relationships. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, coordinating teams, and maintaining strong communication with clients.Key Responsibilities:Prepare, review, and manage client contracts and service agreementsCoordinate and manage staff schedules, job allocations, and daily operationsAct as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer serviceHandle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationshipsManage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing prioritiesTake on additional daily tasks as directed by the DirectorMaintain accurate records, documentation, and reportingAssist with invoicing, payments, and administrative dutiesRequirements:Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities in all aspects of the businessExperience managing staff and dealing directly with clientsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational abilityProficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systemsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentWorking 5 days one week6 the next week with every second Saturday 8.00am - 2.00pmWhat We Offer:A dynamic, hands-on role working with your team on hand.Opportunity for growth and increased responsibilitySupportive team environmentHow to Apply:Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and suitability for the role.
