About the Assignment You will help shape how co-creation is carried out between end customers and a large organization in the automotive industry across the EU. The assignment focuses on building clear processes and practical ways of working that make it easier to gather input, strengthen communication, and turn customer dialogue into actionable insights. You will work in a context where customer experience, product knowledge, and regulatory awareness all matter. A key part of the role is making sure co-creation activities are structured, well communicated, and aligned with requirements around GDPR, warranty, and publication. Job DescriptionYou will develop processes and ways of working for co-creation activities with end customers and internal stakeholders in the EU. You will manage communication channels that promote the brand and encourage customer input. You will support the collection, structure, and communication of customer feedback and quality-related insights. You will help ensure that co-creation activities comply with legal and practical requirements related to GDPR, warranty, and publication. You will contribute with technical guidance and explain complex topics in a clear and pedagogical way to customers and the wider community. You will work with tools such as Microsoft Office applications, Teamcenter Viewer, and Jira. RequirementsCustomer relationship expertise. B.Sc. in engineering. Complete vehicle product knowledge. Communication skills for quality reporting. Business acumen for prioritization of issues. Good awareness of the practical implications of GDPR legislation. Knowledge of automotive aftersales processes. Driver's license. Experience with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with Teamcenter Viewer. Experience with Jira. You communicate fluently in English. Nice to havePedagogical skills that help you explain technical subjects clearly to customers and community members.
