Indetail is a bespoke commercial joinery manufacturer based in Laverton North, specialising in complex and architecturally designed joinery for award-winning construction and fit-out contractors across Melbourne.We deliver high-end, large-scale projects and are known for precision, efficiency, and on-site execution.We are seeking a senior Site Manager to take full control of our installation teams across active projects. This is a high-accountability, performance-driven role responsible for managing installers, driving daily output, and ensuring all works are delivered in line with program, labour budgets and KPI targets.This role is suited to someone who has already managed installation teams at scale and is accountable for daily output, labour performance, and team discipline.About the RoleYou will be responsible for the day-to-day control of installation teams on site, ensuring:Daily site briefings are run, and expectations are clear and enforcedInstallers (up to 20) are fully directed, coordinated and productive at all timesLabour is performing in line with budget and KPI targetsInstallation works are progressing inline with the program without delaysDaily reporting is completed with clear, accurate site updatesVariations and additional works are identified, raised and approved before proceedingDeliveries and sequencing are coordinated to avoid downtime on-siteWhat We're Looking ForProven experience managing commercial joinery or shopfitting installation teams (not just leading hand)Strong track record delivering projects on time and within labour budgetsConfident leader who will hold people accountable and drive performance dailyAbility to run a tight, structured and well-controlled siteStrong, direct communicator who can manage installers and site teams effectivelyComfortable using systems, reporting tools and technologyTrade background in joinery, shopfitting or carpentryIf you have the right experience for this role, we want to hear from you.
