The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the top e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices. Job Description: Analyse industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to uncover whitespace opportunities and build new competitive advantages. Develop financial models and build business cases to evaluate trade-offs, assess risks, and support leadership in making data-driven decisions. Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Marketing, Product, Finance) to implement initiatives from ideation to execution. Proactively identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot operational challenges, and iterate solutions to ensure successful delivery. Define success metrics, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights and regular updates to senior management.
