As a medium-sized firm, they are committed to delivering high-quality services to their clients while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.Job DescriptionManage and maintain accurate client accounts, ensuring timely payments are received.Monitor outstanding debts and proactively follow up on overdue accounts.Prepare and distribute client statements and account reconciliations.Resolve client queries related to invoices and payments in a professional manner.Collaborate with internal teams to address billing discrepancies and improve processes.Provide regular updates on account statuses and outstanding payments to management.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Support the Accounting & Finance department with ad hoc tasks as required.
