D2P is hiring a Senior Bookkeeper | Manufacturing to join their team!Why this job? If you enjoy working with smart people in a no-ego environment, you’ll fit right in.What you'll be doing?Manage bookkeeping: Handle end-to-end bookkeeping using Odoo or a similar ERP system.Reconcile accounts: Oversee AP/AR, bank and credit card reconciliations.Handle payroll: Manage payroll, superannuation, and compliance.Prepare reports: Assist with BAS preparation and support the Financial Controller.Track inventory: Ensure accurate inventory, WIP, and cost tracking in a manufacturing environment.Oversee reporting: Prepare month-end reports and oversee cash flow.Maintain records: Ensure all financial records are accurate and audit-ready.Improve processes: Support system and process improvements.Who are they looking for?Experience: Around 5+ years of bookkeeping experience.ERP skills: Strong ERP experience, Odoo experience is a plus.Manufacturing background: Background in manufacturing or production is preferred.Stable employment: Stable employment history.Work environment: Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.Location: Lives within a reasonable commute of the officeWhy should you consider this opportunity?Our client offers an attractive remuneration package and other benefits, such as:Own your role with support from an experienced Financial ControllerWork closely with decision-makersStable, growing business with a strong futureFun, energetic culture with no corporate fluffLong-term role with room to growHow to applyReady to join this role?
