Assignment Description We are looking for experienced Business Analysts to join a Finance Solution team focused on implementation of the ERP system M3 and development of financial applications. What You Will Work On Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements Support ERP M3 implementation and finance system development initiatives Translate business needs into clear and actionable technical requirements Work with integration mapping and system flow analysis Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams across the organization Support testing, validation, and quality assurance activities Participate in agile ceremonies and backlog management activities Contribute to business process improvements and solution optimization Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions Facilitate communication between business and development teams Support delivery of scalable and maintainable finance solutions

What You Bring Several years of experience working as a Business Analyst or within requirements management Strong experience with integrations and integration mapping activities Experience working within ERP and finance system environments Ability to translate business needs into structured and development-ready requirements Experience working in agile environments using Jira Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Structured and solution-oriented working approach Good communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to collaborate across both business and technical teams Fluent Swedish and English communication skills, spoken and written
