Job Description

We are now looking for a Process Engineer to join our team to lead advanced process development and industrialization in a high-tech automated manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise with strong project ownership and the ability to drive measurable process. Your Role: • Lead end-to-end process development from concept to industrialization • Translate product requirements into robust manufacturing solutions • Own FAT / SAT and process commissioning • Drive process capability targets (Cm, Cmk, Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk) • Lead PFMEA and risk mitigation strategies • Define critical process parameters & implement SPC controls • Execute advanced DOE to optimize KPIs • Mentor junior engineers and support cross-functional teams • Drive continuous improvement using Lean & Six Sigma With our office in Gdańsk as your main location, we offer a dynamic and flexible workplace with hybrid work options.
