Technical & Quality Administrator

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Technical & Quality Administrator to provide centralised support across a growing engineering and operational business.
This role is responsible for coordinating documentation, purchasing, compliance records, and operational administration, ensuring the business remains organised, efficient, and audit-ready. You will support engineers, supervisors, and managers by handling administrative processes and maintaining effective systems across the company.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and organise quality documentation including RAMS, method statements, site forms, and controlled templates Manage training records, CSCS cards, certificates, calibration logs, and audit evidence packs Maintain structured SharePoint, Teams, and project filing systems with accurate version control Raise purchase orders, obtain supplier quotations, track deliveries, and manage returns or warranty claims Maintain supplier records, delivery notes, technical documentation, and basic procurement reporting Update drawing registers, asset registers, training matrices, and renewal calendars Coordinate site inductions, permits, access requirements, and training bookings Prepare weekly reports and support supervisors with project documentation packs and general administration
Skills & Experience Required
Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Previous experience within construction, engineering, manufacturing, or technical environments preferred Confident using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, and digital filing systems Experience coordinating suppliers, purchase orders, and compliance documentation Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate records and structured processes Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently
