About the Assignment You will step into a key role in major industrial initiatives within robotics, where production development, factory transformation, and the introduction of new products go hand in hand. The assignment covers sub-projects within a broader robotics program as well as other factory-related initiatives, with real impact on how future manufacturing operations are designed and delivered. You will work in a complex environment where several technical disciplines need to move in sync. The scope spans the full production flow, from internal and external logistics to assembly, painting, testing, verification, quality assurance, relocation, and industrialization. Job DescriptionYou will lead sub-projects tied to production development, factory relocation, and industrialization. You will drive the introduction of new products into manufacturing and help ensure smooth implementation in production. You will plan, execute, and follow up on project activities with a clear focus on delivery, progress, and quality. You will manage risks, align stakeholders, and create structure across parallel workstreams. You will coordinate cross-functional teams with internal specialists from several technical disciplines as well as external consultants. You will secure alignment with related sub-projects and the line organization. You will collaborate with global robotics teams and contribute to a shared way of working across the wider program. RequirementsYou have solid experience working as a Project Manager in an industrial environment. You are comfortable leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and technical interfaces. You have hands-on experience with planning, execution, follow-up, risk management, and stakeholder communication. You are used to driving delivery in projects related to production development, factory initiatives, or industrialization. You are fluent in English. Nice to haveExperience from automation.
