This is a full-time hybrid role for an Axon Training Contractor based in the South of Sweden, with flexibility for some remote work across the Nordic countries. The Training Contractor will be expected to implement, and deliver training programs for both internal teams and external public safety clients. Responsibilities include conducting engaging training sessions, customizing content to meet client needs, and ensuring that learning objectives align with Axon’s mission. Excellent English language skills, communication and coordination with stakeholders are essential requirements of this role. What we are looking for : Strong skills in Training & Instructional Development Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish Proven ability to provide exceptional Customer Service and build positive client relationships Flexibility to adapt to hybrid work models and willingness to travel as needed. Experience in police or military training in weapons and technology, or a related field is highly desirable Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience Familiarity with virtual training tools and platforms is a plus
